Fully 3D Printable

Custom-Sized Storage Chambers
Chambers are specifically designed for:
- Three 1kg spools in one chamber
- Two 3kg spools in one chamber

Each includes a door with magnetic latches, internal bearing mounts, and filament feed-through ports.
Upgraded Heating System
Instead of relying on heatbeds, AeroDry 2.0 uses a 12V PTC ceramic heater setup with up to four heaters inside the heater vents. Two 120mm blower fans circulate the hot air evenly throughout the entire system. A Rex C100 PID controller and SSR manage the temperature precisely, while a timer plug (TM619) automates drying schedules.
Smart Humidity Monitoring
Each chamber includes a humidity sensor slot to track internal moisture levels, so you can add hygrometers and monitor your drying performance in real-time.
Direct Filament Feed System
Every chamber features dedicated filament feed-through holes. This means you can print directly from AeroDry without removing your spools, keeping them protected throughout the print process.
Magnetic Doors & Carry Handle
